Our pasta is made in small batches and worked by hand every step of the way. We offer multiple handcrafted pastas made with carefully sourced ingredients that are chosen based on top quality and flavor. Allora Pasta is made with techniques learned from an Italian woman in the Umbrian Hills of Italy during a three month culinary tour of the country. These techniques produce beautiful, healthy pasta that are full of flavor and the perfect bite. Our dough contains four simple elements: semolina flour, Italian extra virgin olive oil, salt, and fresh, clean water. This is pasta you can feel good about eating!
