Allora Pasta came to life on a small farm in the Umbrian Hills in 2016. Wanting to take her culinary knowledge from restaurant kitchens to the Italian countryside, Chef Cameo lived the farm to table life of fresh produce, local ingredients, and hand made pasta. Everyday she cracked eggs, rolled dough, and learned the art of making pasta from scratch. Her goal with Allora is to bring that same love back to you through pasta making workshops, private dinners, and community events.
