Choose from multiple workshops. All classes are suitable for the beginner or the novice looking to improve their pasta making skills and are equipment free. Workshops can run 90 minutes to 2 hours long and take place on Zoom. Ingredient and equipment lists are sent upon booking. Classes can be booked Mon-Friday between 4:30pm EST and 9pm EST. Your choice of one of the 101 workshops. You’ll make a classic and simple pasta dough as well as three hand made shapes.
Pasta 101: Cavatelli, Malloreddus, and Orecchiette
Filled Pasta 101: Ravioli, Mezzelune, Tortelloni
Hand Cut Pasta: Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Farfalle
Ingredients:
All purpose or 00 flour, semolina flour, eggs & water.
Pasta & Sauce
Learn how to make one traditional pasta shape, along with your choice of sauce.

This is a hands-on, educational workshop where you will learn how to make one traditional pasta shape, along with your choice of sauce, taste and learn about two Italian wines, handpicked by our guest Sommelier.
