On April 23rd, join URBY & Chef Cameo Fucci of Allora Pasta as we cover our hands in flour and take a deep dive into the world of handmade pasta - this time with two of my favorite hand rolled shapes: busiate and pici. Along with the hands on pasta making workshop, students will be guided through a sauce making demonstration of an asparagus and lemon, followed by a pasta tasting.
Throughout the two hour workshop, students will learn how to make fresh hand rolled noodles & a delicious spring forward sauce to pair it with. Class will end with a pasta tasting of the student’s very Busiate and Pici!
