On June 27th, join Cameo Fucci of Allora Pasta and Olivia Cappelletti of Little Hat in Los Angeles, California for a welcoming of summer pasta making party & 3 course dinner. This is Cameo’s first time hosting a pop up in Los Angeles and the first time she and Olivia are collaborating on a dinner! In this hands on pasta making workshop, you’ll learn to make fresh pasta dough & two hand rolled shapes (malloreddus & orecchiette). The best part? All the pasta you make is yours to take home with you.

Throughout the class there will be an abundant seasonal grazing table as well as a tasty welcome cocktail. Following the pasta making, Cameo and Olivia will prepare a 3 course family style dinner inspired by the incredible produce at the farmer’s market that they visited earlier in the day. Along with the dinner, there is an optional wine pairing hand picked by Emilia of Cittavino & Co. that you can add on (highly recommend for ultimate enjoyment). The event is taking place at a private address in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles - exact address will be shared once you’ve purchased a ticket. We can’t wait to feed you!!

The final menu will depend on what is looking good at the market that week but just know that these three things are true:

There will be fresh focaccia

There will be handmade pasta

There will be gelato

Cameo Fucci:

Cameo Fucci is a chef, educator and pasta maker based in Brooklyn, NY. Growing up in an Italian - American household, food has always been a big part of her life. She began her career at a small Portuguese cafe in San Francisco in 2014 which eventually brought her to kitchens in Maine, Boston, Italy, and New York City.Through pasta making workshops and intentional dinners, Cameo encourages storytelling through food. For her, food is about so much more than just eating. It is about the people you enjoy that food with and the stories you share around the table. Her goal with Allora is to encourage her students and guests to ask questions, be curious, and share stories around food while engaging in the art of pasta making and seasonal dining.

Olivia Cappelletti:

Olivia Cappelletti is the chef and founder behind Little Hat, a culinary project dedicated to showcasing the diversity of hyper-seasonal ingredients wherever it roams. When she’s not exploring the farmer’s market, you can find Olivia throwing pizzas in someone’s backyard, popping-up in a friend’s restaurant, or pairing the food for a wine dinner. She draws heavily from her Italian roots where she learned the value of rich storytelling, tradition and a really good anchovy.
