On October 23rd, join URBY & Chef Cameo Fucci of Allora Pasta as we cover our hands in flour and take a deep dive into the world of handmade pasta. Throughout the two hour workshop, students will learn how to make pasta dough & 3 handmade pasta shapes while enjoying an abundant grazing board & mingling with new people. See you there!

The details:

-6:30pm to 8:30pm at URBY , 200 Greene St, Jersey City, NJ 07311

-$75 per person

-Hands on Pasta 101 Workshop where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta dough & 3 handmade pasta shapes (malloreddus, cavatelli and orecchiette)

-Feasting table with local greens, crudite, cheeses & handmade focaccia
-You take home all the pasta that you make!
-Communal wine to share
